  Hashbrowns are always old , crunchy and cold. One of the girls seems to for whatever reason insist on thrusting the machine into your hand, I'm assuming to keep service quick. But it actually broke one of my nails ..... LOL
  
  It's Tim Hortons though. Not the end of the world.

  The employees were very friendly and inviting, however it took about 10 minutes to get my toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese, only to find out that it was a blue berry bagel that was not toasted. I think the cashier was in training so that might have been the reason.

  Staff constantly getting the order wrong. I always check it before I leave and some of the staff are very rude. They shouldn't be in this kind of work if they don't know how to treat their customers with respect.
